B-Series Heads offer the player the power and response of the Pro Series, but in all solid-state formats. All B-Series heads feature XLR balanced line out, MOSFET power amps, an optocoupler limiter, and an effects loop. The new B1-RE is our most affordable amplifier head, yet features a solid 300 watts of output @ 4 ohms, three bands of EQ, Preamp out/Power amp in jacks, plus an XLR line out.
The Ampeg B1-RE is our most value-oriented bass head, offering 300-watts of output power @ 4 Ohms, three bands of EQ, Preamp Out/Power Amp In, and an XLR Balanced Line out. It is virtually identical to its big brother, the B2-RE, minus the Graphic EQ.
